Hikmat completed her Master's in Educational Psychology at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and received her post-graduate diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph's University. She has worked in this field since 2009 and has more than 25 years of experience working with children.

Suad is a licensed social worker who earned both her Bachelor's (Elizabethtown College '22) and Master's (University of Pennsylvania '24) in social work. She also completed a post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Arizona and holds a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSL). Suad has seven years of experience in the field and is working toward becoming a BCBA and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading and rock climbing.
Adam has a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis. He earned his bachelor's degree from Elizabethtown College and his master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh, and he holds a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSL). He is working toward becoming a BCBA and is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, individualized support that helps clients make meaningful progress.
Bre is a Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) and Clinical Supervisor who started with Phoenix as a Behavioral Health Technician. She earned her Bachelor's in Multidisciplinary Studies at Millersville University in 2024 and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global, and she holds a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSL). Bre has two years of experience in the field and is working toward becoming a BCBA. She enjoys reading, painting and spending time with her cats.
Maddy is passionate about compassionate, evidence-based support. She earned her bachelor's in Psychology from Penn State in 2020 and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global. She holds a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSL) and is working toward becoming a BCBA. She started with PBC as a Behavioral Health Technician and has grown within the organization over the past two years.
Michele is a Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) with six years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She also has a background as a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in these roles. Michele earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from Millersville University and completed a post-baccalaureate program in Applied Behavior Analysis through Purdue Global. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to the individuals and families she supports. In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with her cats and dogs.
